Great location for renting water toys, beach access, and walking to the main strip. Carpets and floors were stained and obviously not mopping for quite some time. But otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. It was convenient to have a small fridge in the room

I apologize that their noise impacted your stay and we are striving to ensure that we complete the work in the best manner possible.

It use to be owned by Best Western. The management has increased the prices for the rooms and has done nothing to update them. They have giving employees scripts to rehearse instead of the staff being genuinely friendly. The restaurant that is attached has gotten super expensive for an OK quality of food. They give you a $10 voucher for breakfast and have limited your choices. They bring you a bill with the cost of everything and then you have to ask them to take the voucher off the bill. I didn't understand the process nor appreciate the need to ask them to take the voucher off. It was almost like a test to see if we would pay for the whole meal. But if it was to secure a tip from us based off the amount we spent on the meal. Well it was over priced to begin with and I tipped for the service we received! Not happy with the changes so we will not be going back. And we have stayed there for the last 4 years! Too expensive for what you don't get!

Good Value, Especially in Off-Season

Our queen room on the second floor was small but clean, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably up to date. I believe some of the second floor rooms in the back have a "peek" view of the lake, but ours didn't. The included made-to-order breakfast was good but basic; a little fruit would have been a nice addition. Location is excellent; walking distance to the beach, marina, casinos, and businesses along Highway 50 but away from the noise.

Great inn 9 min walk from heavenly village!

Pleasantly surprised by stay during new year weekend! Queen bedroom was a bit small. Barely fit our twin cot that we brought for our 7 year old son. However, given price and location close to heavenly village, it was great. Additionally the bathroom had heat lamp that feels wonderful after a coming in from cold. The complimentary breakfast was a sit down full breakfast. Great service and full breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
