The good--well located wooded location with beautiful views. The bad. Front desk person was rude, cold and unhelpful from the start. Check in was supposed to be from 4 to 7 pm but he left the desk at 5 pm and locked the doors of the lobby. New arrivals were wandering the parking lot trying to call the phone number listed on the lobby door and no one was answering. Hot water in master bath did not work so wife was not able to use. Front desk would not answer phone when we checked to see if we could fix. Drawers in kitchen would fall out if you tried to open them. Told front desk at check out about issues and they did not care. In over 25 years of traveling to hundreds of locations this had to be one of the poorest maintained facilities I have seen with a front desk person who did not care in the least about customer service. Poor would be a generous rating to describe my overall experience of this stay.
