We booked online through Travelocity. When we arrived, they were understaffed and we had to wait an hour to even get checked in. Then were charged $200 over the actual booking fee, when we tried to get it taken care of they refused and said we would have to contact our bank. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude.

Don’t believe their FREE 24hr cancelation policy!!!! I needed to cancel my reservation due to my son getting the FLU a few days before our trip . I had until 10/19 to cancel for a full refund for our stay which was to begin on 10/20. I called the Days Inn on 10/16 and was told that my reservation was canceled no problem. On 10/22, I received an email thanking me for my stay and charging my credit card. I never even stayed there. I called and spoke to Brenda who then put me in touch with the Manager Sam that said I never canceled my reservation and would not refund the full stay. Very bad business!! I stay at many Wyndham hotels and will never stay here. Terrible customer service!!

As you know, after checking all of your reservations and conformation numbers, cancellations and cancellation numbers, you only cancelled 6 of your 7 reservations. We have provided you with all of the documents to resolve this matter.

The property itself is in good condition. The only thing noticeable was leaking in the bathroom leaving a quarter under the sink with water stains. In the 4- they stay that I had I had towels picked up and garbage removed but no other service done on my room the next night there was nothing done the following night they actually made the bed and cleaned up the room so only had true room service one out of four nights which is not acceptable. The breakfast has been modified from the last time I was there with only carbohydrates, no protein at all including hard boiled eggs or any protein for those that were diabetic
