Still using the Covid excuse not to serve their continental breakfast. Spa was closed for repairs. Staff was horribly unprofessional. Nothing seems very clean and many things were just downright dirty. Front desk was unmanned with a sign that they would be back soon when our key failed to give us access to our room. Safe in room couldn’t be used since Covid we were told. Smoke and the smell of weed was horribly strong in the hallways. We will never stay there again.

our hotel is non smoking so where did you smell cigarttes,

On arriving I used the bathroom off the lobby neither stall had toilet paper. I told the desk clerk who told me it was not her job, she would have maintenance do it tomorrow! (this was at 6pm). Desk seat back was broken. Halls all smelled like smoke. Wifi kept cutting out. Breakfast advertised but unfriendly clerk pointed to a sign when asked about it. One wall in the elevator was loose, dirty and taped to the floor. The telephone in the room did not work. There was trash on the floor in the hall and was never picked up all 3 days. Evening desk clerk had a bad attitude. The whole place is runn down. Elevator shuttered as it was stopping. We will never stay in a Wingate by Wyndham ever again.

since all you do is focus on the negative i will focus on the positive for you, the hotel lobby with the high ceilings and the balcony looks awesome and welcoming, the exterior entire building was just power washed and looks great, the landscaping looks great didnt see a single weed anywhere, the brand new lounge chairs with a foot rest looks great, the new 40 inch tv's with free movie channels worked great, the fitness center was open and had alot to offer, the hot tub jacuzzi was open and relaxing to use after a long day of shopping, the first floor hallways have new carpets and the pattern is awesome, other 2 floors will get done in the winter, plenty of amenties in the room with shampoo, lotion, conditioner and in room coffee supplies. the a/c unit works great and room felt comfortable. the hotel location is great with a dunkin donuts onsite. plenty of parking so no issue there. free advice, next time be more positive we already deal with plenty of negativity in life.

the bathroom was not clean. the window was lock. the room and the hall way smell the weed. i will not stay there again .

sounds like you stayed elsewhere. our hotel is nice and clean. all rooms are rechecked twice before renting out so how can they be not clean. also we are a non smoking hotel so who would smoke indoors.

I was happy with the ease of check in. I was also very happy with the room layout & size. The in room jacuzzi was amazing. TV was easy to use. I was a bit disappointed with a few things. The refrigerator didnt seem to work, however we didnt really need it so i didnt ask for assistance. The stool by the desk was very tattered & worn. It really should just be removed. There was a hair tie left on the floor. The hand sanitizer was open & the bottle was sticky. The pillows had significant yellow stains. Towels were super small.

The room I had , had bed bugs and I got bit on my back and neck. They don't even come to make the beds or clean towels or pick up the baskets of garbage. The refrigerator didn't work. I've stayed there before but this is the worst. I will come back to Lancaster Pennsylvania but I won't go to the Wingate again. I'll go somewhere else.
