My room was clean but the overall experience and hospitability was not great. The employee who checked me in never offered any formal greeting or even opened her mouth to share my room number or information about breakfast. I traveled with a co-worker who had a broken tv in her room.

We stayed for a week, was hoping to come back to relax in a pool, no pool, no discount, they asked if we want daily room service or every other day, we said every other did not come till last day of stay. Breakfast food was not bad, one day the sausage were still frozen. The staff over all were friendly and nice.
