When you walk in the hotel smells like it needs to be aired out. When we checked in the elevator had spilled food on floor, it was still there at check out. Lamp shades were ripped. AC unit barely worked so we slept so uncomfortably. The room overall just felt so dirty that I didnt want to touch anything. Not sure how they have as many stars as they do. Just overalls seems like they are careless and the man that checked us in didn’t smile at us once.

We love Home2Suites. It was an added bonus that this location had a double electric burner in the room. The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed was a little hard for us, but not unbearable.

I liked most everything about the room except for the bed. It was too soft and sagged in the middle. I did like the pull out table for eating and the shower had good water pressure. Grateful for the natural soaps and shampoo. One other suggestion is a mat inside the shower so it’s not so slippery.

Clean and Comfortable
We recently stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The Hotel was full but quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast looked to be decent though we didn’t eat there as we were meeting family. The coffee was always full & hot (I did drink the coffee). The room itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pets are welcome here though we didn’t take our pets. The only evidence we saw of pets being welcome were the dog treats welcoming guests in the front entry and the occasional pet we ran into. Otherwise I would never have given it a thought. I will definitely choose this place again if I find myself in Las Cruces and need a place to stay.
