Overall we were pleased with our stay. The staff were pleasant, the main areas were clean, and the hotel was beautiful. However, we were a little disappointed in our room. First, we paid for a strip room and got put in a “wedge” room on the back side with no view. And the cleanliness of the room was questionable- the soaking tub had a gross water line half way down and a film you could feel all around it, the carpets were dirty, and there were holes in the wall. The bathroom was also a little clumsy in that you couldn’t get to your towels without getting water everywhere; you had to step all the way out and around the door since the only rack was behind it.

I didn’t like that we had to put a big deposit on the room when it wasn’t stated that amount on my end. I didn’t like that our room wasn’t clean the bathtub was nasty, most of the light switches were also.. I did love the view of the room, but I didn’t like that the room looked terrible for the price.. wood was broken on desk where the tv was at. I just believe the room could have been a lot better than what I was offered.

The Aria is a lovely resort along the Vegas Strip. It is centrally located but tucked behind the Cosmo, so no unnecessary noises. The casino is quite pleasant and airy, with a patisserie and gelato shop near the elevators. What’s not to love about that!

Stayed for 2 nights. On the positive, location is central and convenient for activities on the Strip. However, service and attention to customer’s requests can be improved. Upon check-in, I reported that the phone wasn’t working. Concierge said a serviceman will come and work on it. Never came as of check-out. Also, Aria should consider providing complimentary 2 bottles of water/day considering their room rates. It doesn’t cost much but goes a long way in guest satisfaction. Toilet floor needs vacuuming or dusting.

We were really excited to stay here, but we were very underwhelmed. Silly expensive, the room was average and not clean. We asked for it to be cleaned twice after we got there. There are so many other hotels in Vegas for a fraction of the price. We will never stay here again.
