Initially I didn't realize it was an airBnB when I reserved my stay, so I was a little hesitant about what kind of quality I would get. The over the phone staff were courteous and helpful, there's digital padlocks on the entrance, each room, and bathroom so security felt well in place. There are directions for renters to make sure you emphasize cleanliness out of courtesy, which wasn't a problem for me. The one bed room was a little smaller than I expect but was quaint and utilitarian. There was also a power strip on the nightstand that had multiple spots for USB plug-ins for charging devices, which was handy. Room could have used a little better ventilation as it was slightly warmer than the house proper. A fan was provided which was nice if nothing else. If all you need is a room for only sleep, changing out, and storing your personal items this is not a bad stay. Biggest complaint I would say is that the parking spots are a bit tight but it's making as much use of the driveway real estate as possible and there is the street for parking usage as well, so it's hardly a deal breaker. It's not terribly far aware from gas stations or fast food or groceries so I would say my worries were for nothing. I had a decent stay here.

DONT RENT HERE. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. Property complains that they have to pick up after guests. If you don't like it, don't rent your house as a hotel. The room was not trashed. There was a 3-4 cups not in the trash. Cry a river.

When we arrived the room was very warm. The windows were open and the Fan was running but no cold air was coming from the vents. The rest of the building was cool. We called for help but they blamed the previous occupants and said to turn down the thermostat that was in the hall and said they couldn't fix it that night. This meant sleeping with our door open. We gave up and found another hotel. Out $100.

1. This particular guest arrived at 9pm on a Saturday, called immediately demanding that we send an A/C technician "RIGHT NOW!" There was nothing wrong with the A/C, it was simply turned off.
2. In Las Vegas, the temperatures that day were over 100 degrees and I assured her the room would cool down quickly. She was only asked to leave the door open a few minutes to circulate the air. No one suggested she sleep with the door open.
3. It is impossible for the guest to determine the temperature of the vents as the suite has vaulted ceilings where the vents are located and can't be reached without a ladder.
4. I sent a staff member immediately to assist her, but security cameras in parking showed this guest stayed no more than 10 minutes total from arriving to leaving.
This is not the experience we want our guests to have and have used this experience as training for housekeeping to make sure the A/C remains on in the room. We would have liked to have given this guest a better experience, but she simply left almost immediately and had no further contact, not even to let management know she had left after staff waited for her to assist her late at night.

This was not a hotel. This was someone's house used as a hotel. Travelocity needs to make it clear that it is a "Airbnb type" rental. It needs to be clear that there is no privacy. That the property is shared by up to five other guest. It also needs to be clear that you will be sharing a shower and a bathroom with other guests.
