I like the size of the property. It is easy to get around for a handicapped person. I have stayed here before and will definitely stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful lady at hotel registration desk. We may have opted out for everyday cleaning of room by mistake, but I expected at least new towels and emptying of trash as minimum. Air conditioner grill was filthy so it needed cleaning.

The rooms were clean and quiet. Front desk staff friendly. Hated walking through casino to check in. Parking garage is a plus but crowded on street so hard to get in and out. 7 restaurants are all fast food except Outback Steakhouse. It was all fine for one night but too busy of an area for my tastes.

The hotel has no air conditioning only heat and said to open the window which the smell coming from outside was not pleasant. The homeless people hanging out in the hotel and casino area was uncomfortable and no one was monitoring them and when you complained they said there was nothing to be done. Won’t stay there again

The staff was great and very helpful. But the carpet down the the halls were the rooms were needed vacuuming. There was paper and trash that was there for 3 days. But the entire staff was excellent.
