The Worst
Host never communicated. Tried contacting him for 3 weeks with no answers by email or phone. No help from VRBO, they have no control over a rogue host. Worst experience ever. Will never book another VRBO unit!

Signature Las Vegas
It's nice to stay off the strip but still within walking distance. The noise was loud though as our unit faced the airport. The owner was excellent in responding to our problems.

Nice Suite with a Few Issues
The suite was spacious, attractive and clean, and the view was fine. However, there were a few issues that we encountered: 1) Laundry facilities were apparently in need of repair or were simply locked to prevent use. There are free facilities in the hotel, although availability was hit and miss. 2) The microwave oven was not working. 3) Internet was down at first, but it was fixed after two calls to the front desk. 4) Parking, although included, is by valet only; there is no self-park available. This means waiting for the vehicle and tipping staff every time you wish to go out with the car. Annoying. 5) The kitchen had very limited supplies of plates, cups, etc. 6) The kitchen faucet leaked around its base. Management was aware of this problem and it was supposed to be repaired during our stay. No one came to repair it. 7) I spoke to the front desk about obtaining another bed comforter as my daughter was sleeping on the pull-out couch. They informed me that since the suite was managed privately, they could not provide assistance. There was one very thin blanket provided and it looked like it had a cigarette burn in it (which was odd in a non-smoking facility). 8) There were no bathmats provided, nor were there any tea towels in the kitchen. 9) Although this can only be blamed on city planners, there was major road construction near the property during our stay, making it take 4-5X as long to get to and from the place. Despite the above issues, we did enjoy our stay overall.

Relaxing Getaway
We were so impressed with our entire experience beginning with the booking and check in process which was quick, staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The condo was so lovely, very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was equipped with necessary items in the kitchen and bathrooms (loved having access to two bathrooms)! Having a balcony was so nice in order to enjoy the view of the Lazy River. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!!

Favorite place in Vegas
The stay was excellent. We really enjoy staying at the MGM Signature. The room was exactly as listed and our FAVORITE one we have stayed in at the Signature MGM. We will be back for another stay. The host was nice and kind and easy to work with. Thanks!!!!
