    The location was fine, just a short cab ride from the strip. For me, the highlight was Laguna Lounge. The staff there was polite, personable, attentive and made sure you were taken care of. The negatives, the room was nice in design, but poor in execution. There was no drawers to put clothes. You had to hang what you could and keep the rest in your suitcase. The room was prepared for arrival, but the floors were dusty, a TV didn't work in one room, v the foot of the bed was broken and sticking out (tripping hazard). The other room, one of the TV remotes only had one battery, lights weren't working and the AC/heating unit was not functioning. Room temp was regulated by opening and closing the balcony door. One of the perks of a hotel stay (in most cases) is a nice long hot shower. Not the case here. After a few minutes, the water would run lukewarm and you would have to adjust it, a few more minutes you would have to adjust it again. There was also an issue with people smoking on the balconies on lower floors and the smoke coming up into the room. I'm not a smoker, so it was quite annoying. It's also frustrating not knowing which rooms are owned by Palms and which ones are privately owned air BNB's. This review is not reflective of the front desk Palms' staff. They were friendly and made sure we were checked in properly. For all the issues the rooms had, there was no Luxury in the Jet.

    The room and bathroom were very sizable. That being said, the listing on Expedia did not mention that there was no maid service and when several things were not acceptable (no airconditioning, the refrigerator did not work, mold on the shower door, several light bulbs blown) I was told by the desk I would have to call Jet Luxury as they were privately owned rooms and was managed by them. After I called Expedia to complain, they worked with the management company moved me to a room that was working properly and mold free.

      Floors were extremely dirty needs tile cleaning. Only 3 sets of towels for 2 people for a 3day stay. Some lights didn’t work. Sheets had stains. Toilet seats had stains with a sticky substance all over it upon check in. Overall VERY poor experience for us being world travelers.
