The property was filthy. the room had blood on the wall in the bathroom and the rest of the walls could use a good painting. The room smelled strong on cigarette smoke and was nausiating. We didn't get maid service at all. I will not be going back there.

It didn't mention what time the shuttle hours were so we'll got in and the shuttle had just stopped,. A little more clarity on hours of things would be great.

It was dirty. Smelled like pot/cigarettes Music blasting from other room at midnight Undesirable crowd lotteribg in parking lot. I ended up checking out within 15 mins.

Not clean, foul smell in the room, soiled carpet. No breakfast (listed under breakfast included property on Travelocity). COVID was the excuse. No coffee maker in the room, guessed it right, COVID was the reason. Complimentary shuttle never worked. Yes, what you pay for is what you get. Unfortunately, what I paid was same as any four star property on the Las Vegas strip. Passively aggressive staff, do great job of making you feel you are the problem. I am all for helping businesses to cope with the COVID hardships. This felt like they get so much business post-COVID that it doesn't matter if quality is maintained or not. Not going there next time.
