First of all did not know that a lot of these units are condos owned by individuals, was told MGM owns only 80. So they use different housekeeping, management, ect. when there is a problem you have to call a separate number, not the front desk or housekeeping. Had several problems, no sound on TV, balcony would not lock, sink leak, alarm clock did not work, microwave did not work, (called many times for three days to try to get the microwave fixed,) and the bed was so bad we went to Target and bought a mattress topper. Very unhappy how things were handled.

I don't believe I was informed, ahead of time, that it is only valet parking there. Also, you had my last name misspelled, and desk clerk had trouble finding my reservation in your system.

Check-in staff is pleasant and the common areas well maintained. The pool area is clean and beautiful. I stayed here two years ago and it was wonderful. The unit I had this time (August 2019) was a bit shabby. The faucets in both sinks leaked, the linens were scratchy, the jacuzzi bath tub was so dirty I could not use it. Tried to call the Luxury Suites International (unit owner) but no response. Housekeeper refused to exhange the towels and said there were none available for the week.

The LSI staff were very rude and unhelpful. The actual hotel staff were extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I’ll book through MGM instead of 3rd party in the future. The sofa was very nasty with stains and I was told that’s NORMAL wear and tear (gross). I asked for a sheet to cover the sofa and extra towels, I was told there wasn’t anyone on the premises to assist me and they’d bring them tomorrow at 10:00 am, an hour before check out. Travelocity was very courteous and concerned about the way my stay was turning out but LSI was very unprofessional and not very accommodating.

We do apologize for your experience you had with LSI. May we please have the agent names you spoke to when calling LSI? where you not inform of the extra covers in the closet? LSI has all information , regarding hours of operation, numbers to call in case of concerns etc. on the dining table. When it comes to after hours LSI is limited as to what can accommodate to guest. LSI will address your concerns to the owner of the state of the unit. We thank you for your feedback.
