Staff are great! The rooms are horrible! There is humidity around the windows, smells like mold, carpet is dirty, etc. I could write a long review about it; but let me make it easy for you...my experience was terrible! Although, staff were super helpful and accommodating specially Mr. Mauricio Chávez, Hotel Mangers of Operations. He is amazing, but even when he put me in one of their top suites, the room had a few issues, but after moving 5 times in a day, I was done.

Room was clean and comfortable. The only things that were a challenge was the smell of cigarette smoke coming thru bathroom vent in the morning. Elevators were broken last day of our stay. Staff was super helpful taking us through back of house and used service elevator so we did not miss our flight.

The property is ok.. the problem was when they offered the upgrade for a “better view”(after they didn’t have the rom I requested on my initial request... we agreed to the update, they did not inform me that they would charge me twice.. honestly the view was not worth the almost $200 extra. I will NEVER stay there again for that reason!!! They seem to take advantage of us senior citizens!!!
