This was our third time staying at Planet Hollywood, and probably our last. We got there early and had to check our luggage with bellman. When we went to our room there was no phone cord to call to get our luggage. We found out you had to text the concierge any time you need anything. When the bellman brought our luggage up, he nicely ask if we would like for him to get ice, and we said sure, but there was no ice bucket in our room. He had one brought to our room. After a long morning of travel we wanted to take a nap, then found there was only one small pillow on the king size bed. once again we had to text the concierge to get pillows. After two days we realized there was not a comforter on the bed, it was two top sheets put together. There wasn't a hair dryer, and only one hanger.
I texted the concierge to have the manager call me back on this number, and the response was this and I quote
"For me to request a manager to call it takes 2-3 days. If it's something urgent I would suggest going down to the front desk to speak to one in person" Planet Hollywood had already wasted enough of my time.
I truly hope these problems are resolved, because we have always enjoyed our stay here.

They were very attentive at check in, the walk to the hotel need a bit of cleaning , trash along the way. The hotel is in a good spot to go back and forth to the strip. Overall, was good that I would definitely return and stay here :)

My rooms frig. was dirty. No coffee pot or microwave. Even motel 6 have these. This resort fee is a totally a rip off. This is no resort. Never was told where to find the pool or weight room so was charged a $104.00 for something we never found. Hotel should at least give a map to find these things. No continental breakfast. If you aren't going to put coffee pots in room then it should be at the front desk for free. Parking is way to far away. Also with these prices we shouldn't have to pay for parking. I was very disappointed and will never stay here again. To costly for nothing special as far as rooms.
