    The bathtub was filthy, the toilet handle was broken, the bidet drain was broken and the bowl was filthy with a blue/grey grime, and the TV stopped working one of the nights. After all that there was no gesture by the hotel in form of hotel credit or discount or comps in order to make it right. The only thing that was offered was a mechanic to come fix our room at 2am. Will not be staying here again and am very disappointed.

    Overall the hotel was dated. I requested a king bed room and I got two doubles. Th room was dark with low lighting. The cable was out most of the night. There were two of us and we had 3 bath towels. All and all it was disappointing.

    Your Employees Rock!

    We love how friendly all the hotel personnel were. When we were checking in on 12/10/19 at approximately 4:45 pm, Miranda came and assisted us with the automated check-in process. She was wonderful. She upgraded us to a suite that we loved! Gorgeous room - 1453. We liked Miranda even before she upgraded our room. She was so friendly and upbeat and helpful - a real winner employee. When we checked out the morning of 12/11/19 at approximately 10:00 a.m. another helpful employee, Joel, was delightful. It is not easy to be cheerful to all in the hospitality industry. I highly commend the experience we had checking in and out of PH thanks to Miranda and Joel.
