The room smelled terrible, no amount of spray could cover it up. Didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave- assumed those were standard, that was inconvenient. Pool wasn’t heated and hot tub was cold- that was one of the attractions, so that was disappointing. Service at the breakfast restaurant was horrible!! Ladies were snotty and terribly unpleasant. Refuse to visit that place again. Dark haired man behind the counter at the pizza place was rude and lazy. Was surprised that a place in which the service industry is so important, to find such unpleasant, unhelpful people.

We stayed for 3 nights and maid service did not come inand make our beds or leave new soaos or shampoos. They just left a stack of towels, that we had to ask for on our unmade bed. Also there is not enough staff to help you get checked in when you arrive. Long lines and only obne petson working the desk during the NFR. Really? Busiest time of the year.

I did not like the bathroom. Very small shower. No room to move around. Sink in the middle of the only counter. No room for makeup. Lightning very poor. No fridge or coffee or microwave. The queen sized beds are nice. Tv very small
