      Horrible hotel

I'm actually Raymond. We showed up for check in at 3:30 and check in is at 3 and I'm told that our room won't be ready for 25 more minutes. With that being said they put us in another room. The pictures look nothing like the room and I think they actually took pictures of another hotel and posted them for theirs. The bed was a cheap queen mattress and box spring on a frame with a piece of wood attached to the wall acting as a headboard. The carpet was filthy. The window didn't have a curtain it had those cheap plastic slats that fall out from their clip. When we went to do the dishes the first morning we wondered why the water would not stay in the sink and it kept running down the drain because we couldn't put the strainer in all the way. We pulled the strainer out and there was a Corona beer cap sitting in the bottom of the sink so it shows how well the room was cleaned. We have a service dog and maintenance man Tony knocked on our door to fix our TV and our dog barked one time which is what dogs do. Later on he implied to me that the dog was not a service dog because it barked. My wife had to fix the blow dryer and I had to fix the heater before we could use them and you could only use the remote if you were three feet from the TV.If you are not homeless please stay somewhere else and do not give this hotel your money and quite frankly they just need to be closed down. If I could give them negative Stars I would. Oh and the pool was closed. The fitness room was 2 machines.
