Nice Off-Strip property, pleasant & professional staff. The front desk staff tried to address the multitude of deficiencies. I commend them for their attentiveness, unfortunately they were not successful. The issues do need to be mentioned for other potential guests.
The "hot tub" was not hot, and the jets face up, to give the illusion of a therapeutic spa, however they do not impinge on the occupants, so are not useful.
There was no wi-fi connectivity in the rooms; I had to go down to the Starbucks, which the in-room guide books tells you to do. My wife's & my devices would show "Connected, No Internet, Open". The front desk person put me in contact with their IT dept (off-site 3rd party contractor, in St. Louis, MO). The IT tech tried to help, and after over hour, said he'd send an engineer over, as the issue looked to be at the router in the hall. Not sure if this ever happened, but we never did get connectivity. I tried several times that evening & the following morning.
My wife & I were also locked out of our room several times. The front desk staff provided us with new key cards, that also did not work. After a long wait, security showed up, and his master key card worked, suggesting that it was not the lock. He said it was the programming software, which made sense.
On a lesser note, but worth mentioning, the walls, floors & ceilings are very thin, as we could here our neighbors walking around all night. Despite a decent bed, we did not get good sleep.
