Terrible!
Had no access to the Wifi for several hours. Was unable to complete a critical business deliverable. So left to find another location. Very inconvenient. When calling down to the front seat they transferred me to the internet help desk. Woman there said nothing they could do and I needed to call the suite owner. No other options provided. Very non customer service. Won’t be going back.
