Our luxury 615 sq. ft studio apartment is located on the 27th floor of the prestigious, AAA Four-Diamond Palms Place, Las Vegas. With its king-size bed and the added possibility of using the sofa-bed, it can comfortably accomodate up to 4 guests. The fully-tiled marble bathroom has a giant walk-in power-shower as well as an Australian Rain Shower in addition to the Jett-tub jacuzzi bath. It also offers a fully-functional kitchenette (equipped with all necessary cookware, dishes and silverware right down to salt & pepper!) with twin hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with built-in ice maker. The Suite combines a luxury bedroom area with a comfortable living space, and has two 42" Flat Screen TVs, Free WiFi, floor to ceiling windows and heavy drapes to get a perfect sleep anytime of the day or night. I have also recently upgraded to NEON Bluetooth Clock Radio, so not only can you charge your iDevice or other USB powered Mp3 player, you can also listen to your favorite playlist via the stereo speakers or wake up to your favorite music. Dual docks for iOs Lightning devices and Bluetooth capability allows for wireless streaming! You'll find an iron and full-size ironing board, powerful hairdryer and numeric safe (big enough to hold documents, wallets, electronic devices and even laptops and iPads). Enjoy the superb Strip view both day and night from the apartment's private balcony on the 27th floor. All guests have access to the Gym and Fitness Studio, Beauty Center and Tanning Salon located on the 6th floor, as well as the year-round heated swimming pool and sun terrace. Palms Place is conveniently located one mile from Las Vegas Blvd being close enough to the action, but far enough to enjoy a great night's sleep and free onsite parking. Location: Palm Place Hotel & Spa is just a mile from the strip, and offers direct access to Palms Resort via The Sky Tube located on the 2nd Floor, where you can find restaurants, coffee shops and even a multiplex cinema as well as the casino floor and slots. The location of this studio apartment is ideal for people who want to experience the true essence of Las Vegas, whether for business or pleasure. Getting around: Uber and Lyft are the most convenient ways to get around the area costing $8 to get to The Strip, and around $10 to arrive at the South Las Vegas Premium Outlet for shopping and dining. Valet Parking is free, and there is always plenty of free self-parking. It is important to note that starting from December 2016, parking is no longer free in the major resorts on the Strip (MGM, Bellagio, Ceasar's...) making Palms Place a great choice to live your Las Vegas experience! Rules: Pets and Smoking are not allowed in the rental. A $500 penalty will be charged for any violations. Smoking is permitted on the balcony, with the door closed. Daily housekeeping is not included and can be arranged independently at check-in: a 'refresh service' includes linen change (towels and sheets) for $45, or a 'full-clean' is $80. Guests are responsible to pay for any additional charges (room service, dry cleaning, additional housekeeping, etc.) At least one guest must be 21 or older to check-in and an ID matching the name on the reservation and a credit/debit card is required at check in. Guests are required to put a $100 security deposit directly to Palms Place to cover any incidentals. This security deposit must be made during check-in directly at reception. After check-out, if there are no additional charges, the full deposit will be refunded to the guest. Any and all additional charges from the room will be taken out of this security deposit. This property is owned and run by a Nevada based company which is fully-insured and licensed and therefore all bookings are subject to 13.38% tax which includes 'Clark County Convention & Visitors Authority Tax' at a rate of 5.50%, and 'Clark County Transient Lodging Tax' at 7.88%. This amount is included in the price you see at the time of booking. Beware of listings from unlicensed renters that don't charge taxation as they are not legal and may not provide insurance in the event of accident.
