We got there late night. it was raining and hard to find a parking spot. Worse was trying to luggage from one building to the next. I cancelled the room on the first day. i am still waiting on my refund or credit. I am still being billed for 4 days. Policy clearly states that you will be charged for one day. Every time i reach out - either the accounts manager not available or go back to Hotels.com. Hotels has tried to do a three way.
