The resort fee should be refunded to me. All the advertising on line shows the beautiful roof top pool. I made at least two inquiries about access to the pool and Drais night club. We were excited to see this in person when we booked the hotel. I learned that the night club is a private enterprise requiring a separate cover charge to use. That is okay I didn't intend to use it. The pool I wanted to visit but was led to believe that neither the pool or the nightclub were really available to me for free or otherwise at restricted times. I even asked to just look at the pool but continued to get explanations that were elusive. On our checkout day was when I got a clear explanation from the desk clerk that could clearly explain how the night club and beach club operate. My wife and I were offered a free visit to the "Beach Club" at Check Out. Way too late for us to use the full amenities of the hotel. Hate to say it, but the picture of the pool could be construed as a bait and switch tactic. Otherwise the room was clean and bed was exceptionally comfortable. The TV channels were unresponsive at times which I figure was the remote control needing new batteries. All staff was courteous but like I said before the front desk seemed to not all be clear about details. We were offered access to Cesar's Palace pools across the street since the Cromwell is part of the Cesar's corporation. I didn't consider that option particularly convenient or practical.

This place is awful, extremely rude security. I would not suggest it to anyone even though it’s cheap.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Vegas

Room was very comfortable , front desk staff was pleasant it a place u have to experience to really understand how beautiful it really is . Only complain I have is that being a hotel guest doesn't grant u access to the Drais Nightclub that sucks 😞 I think if they were to fixed that it would be perfect 👌.

Room (floor) was never cleaned while there. The noise level when the nightclub was in force was unbearable!!! Could not sleep at all!!! They said there was nothing they could do about it. Finally the night before our flight out they gave us another room. Would not recommend this to our friends.

Will stay here again!

Pros: Loved the staff! Loved the décor!
Cons: More places to eat
Location: very close to many hotels.
We had the best time at The Cromwell. First time staying here and we will be back! Pretty small but very cozy and the staff is all great! Everyone we ran into or spoke with there was very pleasant. The dealers were so fun and friendly. We won money there too! Only downside is there isn't very many places to eat there but very close to walk to other hotels. We just walked across to Cesars.

Thank you so much for your kind words, we look forward to your next visit. We'd love to say we will have more dining options on property but being a boutique property does not allow us the space it would require. Hope you had an opportunity to experience Giada and try our Eatwell outlet.

Beautiful updated decor & pleasant staff .

Pros: Gorgeous decor, and reasonable hotel & casino size.
Cons: It would be better to have a small coffee maker in own bedroom.
Location: Excellent location with oght nearby restaurants and stores.
I had a very nice stay while on a business trip to attend the Las Vegas Market for furnishing and decor. The decor and quality of The Cromwell was excellent. I rested and recharged well every night at my stay. Giada's menu was delicious and pricing reasonable versus other Las Vegas expensive competitors.

Somewhat disappointing

Pros: Complementary coffee, all of the security, very clean facilities.
Location: Very centrally located.
Hotel was nice and clean. Over all stay was good, only disappointing part was The fact that we kept getting misinformation. Ask about a shuttle, to airport. Was told nothing was available through the hotel. Found out two days later hotel would comp our ride to the airport after booking a SuperShuttle at a very high price. Was able to cancel high-priced shuttle for the complementary shuttle should've been informed of this at the beginning of this stay.
