The first thing is we were in a room right over an outdoors bar that had bands playing, extremely loud. I never would have booked this room! Hidden fees, my credit card was charged in January when I booked the room. When checking out I had additional resort fees and paid to self park. Not only did we pay to park once but the garage would not let us out until we paid a second time! Today I have another $95.00 fee for front desk charges, what the hell is that about???? I never even went to the front desk, never again and I certainly won’t recommend anyone to stay here!

I got a strip view room. There was a bar outside my room that played loud music until 1-3am. Good thing it's Vegas and nobody wants to go to bed early!

When we arrived, we had signed up for an upgraded room.The host told us we didn't get the upgrade so we should use the kiosk to register. The sign in went normally until I tried to get early check in, at which point I was kicked out of the system. We called over the SAME hot who said that she would check it out. She returned to tell us that we couldn't check in early because our room wasn't ready. She then informed us that we had an upgraded room and it wasn't ready. When I told her that she just said we DIDN'T get the upgrade and then she said we DID get the upgrade it was like looking at a dee in the headlights. I said we would come back later at which point a different host told me to come find her in an hour She was wonderful. No problem checking in.

First stay at linq. Clean rooms tho no coffee. Food court in casino and promenade were awesome. Easy access to monorail behind hotel and Deuce stops across the street to get to Fremont. Didn’t use pool but seemed popular. Check inwas on a machine that dispensed keys, check out easy leave keys in machine. Bell desk was easy and fast to hold my bag after checkout.

The check-in experience was very impersonal done at a kiosk. There is no airport shuttle service provided by the hotel, which I found archaic. If you need an airport shuttle, it’s done through a third-party and Has to be done one to two days in advance. If you’re paying to stay overnight in the hotel, parking should be part of your package rather than have an $18 a night self park fee.
