The Staff was extremely helpful. My biggest issue was that the room was not cleaned well. In addition several thing in the room were broken...toilet roll holder was separating from the wall, charging station did not work properly, in room safe was not operational.

Very mod and clean! Restaurants were very good. Deco is great! Filming Kevin Hart movie so it was a bit exciting. Check-in process took an hour because the clerk had no idea what she was doing! Beds and shower were great!

Did not like the check in process. The area where the room was located was the furthest point in the hotel, with lots of hallways. It did not feel secure.

It was a nice place overall, not much to say although I didn’t like how my check-in process was made. I’ve arrived at 11am to find out that they didn’t know which room to provide for me and that I had to wait until 3-5pm for them to let me know where to be assigned, that I should do something and order to wait when I only wanted to rest and take a bath. Also the pool area was close at 6pm on Sunday , I feel it was too early

The beds were super comfy, I had a great nights sleep here. The restaurant Casa Calavera was reasonably priced and get a lot of food for the price. All the restaurant options were good. There is something for everybody on this property.
