The rooms were great, housekeeping was helpful and quick. When we checked in we paid for an upgraded room. We checked in really early at 9am, obviously our room wasn’t ready which was fine but we were told that we would be text when our room was ready. Normal check in was 3pm. At 3:45pm we received a call that our room wouldn’t be ready for “another couple of hours” because it was still occupied. They ended up downgrading our room and removing the hotel fee. But with the removal of the fee, the wifi would be deactivated. C’mon Wynn. You’re better than this. I won’t be returning. I can spend my money somewhere that I’m treated better and not like $$ is personally coming out of the staffs pockets.
