Air conditioning unit could have been cooler ..only went down to 23 degrees.. On hot days it should be able to go down cooler.. When you don`t want the room cleaned out etc. put a sign on the "Do not disturb" there fore thecleaners know not to cleen the room.....where there is no sign the cleaners that you need to change sheets and clean the room etc....Bye Bye.. Thank you..

We found the staff to be very helpful and obliging.We came back after going out for tea and had locked ourselves out of our room. It was out of hours we rang the staff for help and they were more than helpful. Ashley the receptionist arrived to let us in. She was so nice and kind considering it was after 9pm.

For price point pretty good value. The car park itself is on a steep hill, and there is no lift to rooms on the upper floors, so if you have mobility challenges this property may not be suitable. Also car parks themselves are "standard" size so not ideal in this age of 4WDs and large utes. Would stay there again but would make sure I request a ground floor roo

This property is, at best, an outdated, badly maintained 2nd rate motel! Our booked room (Room 1 deluxe queen) did not resemble, at all, the pictures depicted online. Overall, we would not recommend this property to anyone.
