The staff were effecint and courteous, and they let me check in early. However, my room was noisy due to ongoing renovations. Then, the city shut off our water for the entire day. The hotel might have offered bottled water, but didn't. And there's a Costco right across the street!

Excellent last minute stay!
Overall a good experience. Hotel shuttle to the airport was very appreciated. Front desk is very professional, kind, and prompt. Bit pricey, but worked well for a last minute stay due to flight cancellation.
