L’endroit parfait pour découvrir le nord de l’île
Immersion dans la Martinique authentique, proche de la belle plage du carbet et de la très jolie ville de saint pierre. Bien placé pour les départs des randonnées. Il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire… Nos hôtes nous ont très bien conseillés.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour j’en Gertrude. Toujours très discrète, elle a accepté que nous recevions nos amis sur place pour Noël et à été arrangeante pour louer un deuxième studio en dernière minute! Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. La vue est splendide et les nuits calmes et reposantes.

Location datée, souci de vol : aucune réponse de la propriétaire
Remise des clés : Mme Gertrude Corsaire nous donne les clefs et nous dit "vous descendez c'est en bas au milieu" : on découvre qu'il y a 2 autres logements en enfilade avec accès partagé !. On se demande : est-ce l'usine ? Cafetière usée, particules de plastique dans le café. mobilier vétuste et sommaire. Nous avons oublié un manteau de marque dans la penderie. Avons signalé immédiatement à des amis de le récupérer. La propriétaire a prétendu qu'il n'y avait pas de vêtement; et elle ne répond pas aux nombreux messages laissés ; un conseil : à fuir ! Mme Corsaire ne fait pas honneur à la Martinique

Mme Corsaire est une femme de caractère , qui gère avec goût sa propriété , sans empiéter sur l’idéal de liberté que chacun de nous souhaite trouver dans ces espaces du nord Martinique. Excellent séjour, mille merci à notre hôtesse.

Chouette sejour. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. L apparemment est conforme a ce qui est sur l annonce internet et d un bon rapport qualite prix. Ce n’est pas clair sur l annonce que la terrasse est partagée avec deux autres appartements. Le carbet est un merveilleu endroit de vacances

très mauvais accueil, prestation non fournie
Lors de notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a annoncé qu'elle ne pouvait pas nous donner le studio que nous avions réservé suite à une erreur et que nous ne pourrions l'avoir que le lendemain, ceci sans aucune excuse et de façon très peu aimable; Elle nous a logé la première nuit donc dans un autre appartement vétuste et sans terrasse. Le panneau de bois au pied du lit est tombé pendant la nuit (le bois de lit a au moins 50 ans..), elle nous a accusé d'avoir donné un coup de pied dedans!! Très mauvais souvenir de cette personne;

Séjour top au Carbet
Emplacement sympa, en hauteur et à moins de 2km du bord de mer. Plage du Carbet très jolie avec restaurants/bars. Studio pratique, bien équipé, propre avec magnifique vue sur la baie. Gertrude est réactive et à l'écoute ! On recommande ;)

Correct dans l'ensemble
Bon accueil Bon emplacement Belle terrasse Logement propre Rapport qualité prix (64€) trop élevé pour la qualité du logement. La literie a fait son temps, les joints du robinet de la cuisine sont à changer, la plaque électrique toute rouillée est impossible à nettoyer, la lunette des WC bouge dans tous les sens. Manque de placard dans la cuisine. En résumé, le logement est vieillot et il ne manque pas grand chose pour le rendre confortable, un petit effort à faire et cela pourrait devenir le paradis !
