Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that your stay with us was not what you had expected. We do have pillows, blankets and roll aways, however we were a full hotel on this particular night and the roll aways are a first come first serve basis. The air conditioners in the rooms are small but are the required size for our rooms. We will be addressing the other concerns you have mentioned and hope to see you again.
