Large new chalet in the center of Deux Alpes - indoor pool and hammam

Our project was to transform the old school of the 2 Alps located at the foot of the slopes into 2 luxury semi-detached chalets. Our chalet "Le Préau" is located on the right side of the photo.
The work ended in December 2018, and we welcomed our first guests in February 2019.

• NEW CHALET built in 2018, 8 rooms on two floors, living area 250 m2
• IDEALLY LOCATED in the center of Les Deux Alpes resort at the foot of the slopes; ski lifts, ski schools, tourist office, restaurants, shops and supermarket in the immediate vicinity
• 6 BEDROOMS (15 PEOPLE) with adjoining bathroom / WC
• Heated INDOOR POOL (private) with hammam and Italian shower
• LARGE TERRACE on the R + 1 facing south + GARDEN in the DRC
• CLOSED GARAGE for 1 car, bikes etc., and 3 private outdoor parking lots

Excellent property in ideal location
The chalet was everything we could have asked for. Property manager was helpful and very efficient. The location was absolutely perfect for the Champame ski lesson meeting point - less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of local amenities nearby. A very spacious and well thought out chalet with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was ideal for the children after a morning of ski lessons. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Chalet in a fantastic position!
We booked this chalet for a group of 3 families for a week’s ski holiday in February half term. After a long drive you walk through the door to an instant wow factor, the place is amazing! Decor and furniture are to a very high standard. The swimming pool and the steam room are a lot bigger than the pictures suggest and the kids loved it (even bigger kids)! All the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms have large showers and just what’s needed after a day skiing. Location is perfect it’s not often you’ll get a chalet of this size in the middle of the village and a short walk away from a button lift. Gerard and Patrick were very helpful and suggested great restaurants, you also have an option for internal catering from the restaurant 50m away. All in all, a great trip and would 100% return. Idéal pour vacances en famille ou groupe d'amis. Bien situé pour accéder à de belles randonnées sur le massif avec vue sur les glaciers. Chambres confortables, grand séjour,, piscine pour se reposer après les efforts de la journée !

C’était juste parfait, le chalet était impeccable les prestations ont au top du top!! Le confort vraiment bien, les lits sont en bonne état, dans une rue au calme et à 5 min du centre.
