The lobby was being remodeled, so it was a mess but that's ok because the room was clean and I absolutely LOVED the bed. I loved the duvet and the pillows so much I searched online trying to purchase the same ones for my home (no luck). The lady that does breakfast on the weekends is the best!! She deserves a raise.

We checked out because the condition of the hotel was terrible. They are renovating, but that is no excuse for a non functioning television, shredded curtains, dead cockroach, pink mold, stained bedding, dirty carpet and an overwhelming musty smell. We requested a room change twice, but the second room was almost as bad as the first. The staff was extremely apologetic and and refunded are money. We went up the street and checked into a different hotel.

There was 2" of mildew around the shower floor. The bathroom smelled like stale urine. The elevator was dirty and the floor damaged. The vending machines were old and nearly empty. I could go on and on.

The walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise, as was the size of bathroom and amount of sundries in bathroom. Liked having a fridge and tea brewer. Breakfast could have had a few options for diabetics, such as berries(blueberries, strawberries, etc) with a Greek yogurt (high protein, lower sugars)

Please accept our apologies for any early knocks on your door, typically our housekeepers don't get started until after 9AM and will clean vacant rooms before checking on the occupied rooms.
