This is a duplex unit and the owner lives in the first floor unit. There will be no interaction with the owner unless there is an emergency!

This beautifully renovated two bedroom apartment is on the second floor of the building.It’s painted in classic shades of pale, pale grey with crisp white trim. The space is comprised of a living room with a fireplace (NOT usable, but provides great ambiance), dining room, reading nook, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In the basement you’ll find a washer and dryer.
It has new heating and central air conditioning controlled by an in-unit Nest thermostat. WiFi and smart TV are complimentary.
Although designed to very comfortably sleep four people, the sofas do pull out to accommodate an unexpected visitor. More than four people require permission in this owner occupied building.
This apartment is very spacious and quite suitable for lengthy stays. It feels like home. You can always find a cozy spot to have a quiet moment to work, read or snooze.
