The living area provides plenty of space for everyone to gather & the well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals! When you stay at Traditions on Cooper, you will be staying in the heart of Lexington. This house is located in the Chevy Chase area & just a few doors down from Kroger Field! Evenings are quiet & the neighbors enjoy walking their dogs or going for a run in the mornings. 40502 is truly on of the safest and most desirable neighborhood in Lexington, Kentucky.
Guests will have full access to the entire house. Guests will receive check in information one day before arrival.
THE SPACE
Traditions on Cooper is the dreamiest place to stay in Lexington, KY! It is located in the heart of Chevy Chase & walking distance to Kroger Field and University of Kentucky. It is also a short drive to Keeneland, Rupp Area, and all of the local favorites.

Guests will have access to a cozy patio decorated with string lights & comfortable patio furniture. The back yard is perfect for corn hole or tailgates. Enjoy family dinner in the beautifully decorated dining room located on the first floor.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils you may need! We keep our coffee bar stocked with K-Cups, syrups, & creamers. Looking for a stocked fridge upon your arrival? Let us know!

Both livings rooms, one located on the main floor & one in the basement, offer plenty of seating areas with smart tv's and board games for our guests to enjoy.

For extra guests, we provide a Serta Air Mattress that can be used. Please let us know if needed so we can leave out extra linens.

Charming home, perfect walk to UK!
The walk to the campus was perfect so we could park at the house and not have to worry about anything. It is .5 miles. House was comfortable and worked perfect for our family stay.

Visiting University of Kentucky
Our family stayed at this property while doing a college visit for our daughter. The location is ideal for a visit to UK especially if you are going to Kroger Field. It’s a quite neighborhood with cute houses. The property was clean and pictures were accurate. Check in and check out was easy. The upstairs shower pressure was probably the best of any Vrbo property I’ve stayed in. We would book this property again next time we’re back in Lexington.

Beautiful property but needed maintenance
Although the property was very clean and beautifully appointed, there were issues. The toilet in the upstairs bath made a terrible noise (the flapper was going bad) and we had to shut off the water to sleep. Also lights out in the dining room. Ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find more.

Thank you for an amazing stay in Lexington! We came into town for a swim meet and this home was perfect for our family of 5 - so much better than staying in a hotel! The home was very clean, well decorated, and incredibly well stocked. Communication prior, during, and after our stay was top notch! To say we were impressed with the management of this home would be an understatement. We have stayed in many VRBOs and the communication and follow through with this home was amazing. Thank you for an incredible weekend and welcoming us into your home!

New traditions started here!
I would give this home 10 stars if possible. Three couples and our college kids came together for a fun weekend to watch college baseball. The house was impeccable! We loved everything about it, no detail was missed. From home decor, comfortable beds, warm blankets to a fully equipped kitchen. Contact with the property mange was simple and any questions answered immediately. Will definitely be back. Thank you.
