The room was full of mosquitos we were bitten and later we find bed bugs in the bed, we checked out the next day and went to another hotel, it was an awful experience for the first time stay at that hotel I will not recommend you guys to no one else, we were promise to be refunded for the rest of our money we paid for those three nights but we have not received the money yet.

when I arrived at 10PM for my "prepaid" room I was told that I had to provide $50 cash or they would not give me my room. No notice was provided that I would have to provide additional cash at check in. They had my CC information. They said that I could use their "fee" ATM, SCAM ALERT. I have never had a hotel try to force me to pony up additional cash. They said it was a "new" policy. No refund was offered until the booking agent got involved. Stay away!

The website said indoor outdoor pool,it was not the continental breakfast was almost non existent,I dined s handicap room but there was a bar around the toilet,I didn’t request that,it was awkward to use

The only thing that was likeable was the choices of places to eat in the area. The staff were not very friendly or helpful and actually quite rude!! The grounds were not the best. Shared parking lot with a rental car place and limited parking. The other guests were very rude and loud all night. Could not sleep. When contacting staff they did nothing about it. Illegal drug use happening on the grounds. Found bed bugs in my bed and nothing was done about this. Not even an apology by the front desk. And then to top it all of the breakfast was poorly stocked and maintained. Checked out at 7:30 and there was nothing out for breakfast. Very unhappy with this visit!!!

Don't do it! Shady area and dirty rooms!
I had to take a room here as the Super 8 wouldn't accept my pet. The area didn't look bad during the day so I went to the next hotel over, Days Inn, to get a room. The room itself was not disgusting but it needed some serious work. The bathroom door was eaten up by a dog, the sheets had burn holes, the head board was spotted with something and gross and the room needed a thorough deep cleaning. I took it anyways because I figured to myself how much would I actually be in the room with family in the area. Monday night was okay, Tuesday night was okay too even though the hall way reeked of smoke and was 80 degrees. No lie. Wednesday night was party night evidently because there were several parties going on between the 2 buildings. I pulled up and people were actually hanging out of the windows, smoking and drinking. People were running in and out of the building all night and since the doors are loud, it was hard to sleep. At around 2:30 I was awakened by shouting in the hallway and went to the door to see a man assaulting a woman from the room in front of us. The police were called and I figured everything would be quiet for the rest of the night. WRONG! The guy had eluded police and was back at 3:30, trying to get back in to room. Again, the police were called. Thursday was quiet again and so was Friday. Overall, I would never stay in this area again. I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter and myself and definitely didn't feel safe. Oh and when I checked out, the desk clerk informed me I had to pay for my pet deposit in cash. Shady! I advise anyone that needs/wants to stay in the area to skip, at least, this hotel.
