Clean, pleasant staff. Nothing fancy. Very good wifi connection. Because of covid-19, the kitchen area wasn't open, so no breakfast to comment on. Coffee pot was supplied at my request. Included microwave and refrigerator. Only negative was that the back door security entrance didn't work, so anyone could just walk in without room card.

The hotel was really nice and spacious the bed was comfy and the tv was bigger than i thought and the staff was really friendly

The breakfast has no protein options. The hot tub is in a little room and it gets so stuffy it is hard to stay in the tub for very long.

We receive many compliments for the breakfast selections. We do not have a kitchen therefore eggs, meats etc. cannot be served. Yogurt comes in many flavors and selections of fat no fat etc. We do not have the options restaurants have of turning over these items in a timely manner. We also receive many positive comments on the hot tub area and there is a window that opens that allows the breeze to cool the room. Didn't like that the bathroom door looked chewed up. Liked they brought us extra pillows. Bed was comfy. Nice and quiet. Over all a nice room. Clean!

The room and the service were enough for me to decide to NEVER book at that motel again. To start, both on the phone and at check-in I was told I'd have a coffee maker (one has to request a coffee maker?) and I wasn't in the room. I called the desk and they said they's have one to me soon. After a couple of hours she called and said it was ready but by that time I'd already purchased cold-brewed coffee for the mornings. The older lady with short hair was uninterested in her customers it was amazing. No greeting, no "thank you" just talk about the bill and check out time. When I checked, out she tried to charge me for three days even though I checked out a day early. After checking booking details and telling her that the charge was for a day extra, she blamed it on another employee and never looked at me. The room had a foul odor to it as if an old man had spilled his cologne all over the dresser. The furniture was falling apart (dresser and table) and the bed sagged in the middle and I felt os if I was sleeping in a hole. Each of the two mornings, after housekeeping had been there, there were black hairs in the bathroom AND THE BED. The coffee was the best thing about the breakfast and the entire stay. America's Best (which it 'aint) is the worst travel experience I'VE EVER HAD traveling and I travel all year. Any consumer reading this, please don't waste your money here and choose another place to stay. You'll thank me later!
