Was given a room who’s entrance was in the dual-elevator lobby. Asked Hanna if we could change rooms due to the noise and she complied with our request. GREAT customer service, is why we always stay here when visiting our grandkids in Lincoln, NE. Room 219 and I’ll assume room 319 are terrible for noise. Advise insulating the walls and replacing the doors to limit the noise from the elevator lobbies.
