Right across the street from Loon Mountain, this resort has everything including multiple pools, saunas, hot tubs, a gym, a game room, and tennis and basketball courts. The condo itself includes:

Our unique location right on the scenic Kancamangus Highway and just 1 mile off exit 32 on I-93 gives you the conveniences of being in the center of town while experiencing all the adventures available in the heart of the White Mountains. There is easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, snow mobiling, hiking, golfing, fishing, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, leaf watching, canoeing, tubing, and swimming holes. A short drive will get you to the Lost River Gorge, Clark’s Trading Post, and Whale’s Tale Water Park. Mount Washington, Santa’s Village, and Story Land are less than an hour away.

We recommend that swimmers using the pools bring beach towels as pool towels are not provided.

nice little condo in a great location.
Wonderful stay. The owner sent a detailed pdf about check in and when we had a little bump with the keypad not working,she helped us as soon as we called. The unit was clean and the location was perfect and easily walkable to the festival we were attending at Loon Mt. We would certainly stay here again the next time we're in Lincoln.

This was our first experience with a vrbo style rental and it went very smoothly. The unit was across the street from Loon Mountain and very close to Lincoln, NH. Property has 4 swimming pools, countless tennis courts and is off the highway so is very quiet. The unit was cozy as the ad stated and is very clean. We loved our time spent there.

Everything went seamlessly! Finding the location at nighttime was very easy thanks to the informative PDF the owners sent before our stay. Entering the code for the door was also really quick and easy. The entire place was spotless with fresh bedding and towels. Only downside is the bathroom is in the main bedroom which we didn’t realize before booking, totally could have been our oversight.

Great property
Great rental, more spacious than pictured. Good size for one family, bathroom is connected to the master. We loved the pools and walk ability to Loon resort and the Pemi river bike path. Kitchen is small but functional. Beds were very comfortable. Appreciated the laundry with detergent to do a quick load. We hope to come back again! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Excellent base for day hikes in the White Mountain
Right across the street from Loon, this cozy two bedroom was a great base for hiking, and would be great in winter for easy access to Loon. Very tidy and clean, and great communication. Bedrooms, living room, and bathroom are nice. Kitchen is small but very functional.
