This gem is just steps away from the lake! Do you enjoy doing things outdoors? Enjoy the large lawn while you barbecue. This place also offers prime hiking spots and ATV trails are close by! Lake stay
We had a great time at the property. Unfortunately it rained most of the time. The property owners were very attentive. We ran into an issue of the house not being clean and missing blankets and pillows when we arrived. The owners took care of the situation asap. The house says it sleeps 6, however 2 people would need to sleep on the futon and it is not comfortable at all. There is also a trundle bed, which works for kids, but not so much for adults. The Wi-Fi works ok but can be spotty with the TV.

This was our second stay at Cold Stream Cottages. Our first stay last year was pretty amazing experience and so we had high expectations for this year. Once again we had a fantastic stay. House and property were clean and tidy with everything we needed. We basically had the lake to ourselves again this year. Such a nice quiet, relaxing stay. We hope to visit again next year!

Peaceful Retreat
This property had everything needed for a hassle free get away. Nice waterfront area with beach entry and boat ramp. The cottage also has air conditioning on those steamy summer days. The property is also the last one on its road making for a quiet setting.

We came to Maine to escape the Texas heat and relax. This place was Perfect!! The screened in picnic table outside was a great surprise. We kayaked every day and spent all of our time outside except to sleep. Everything inside was clean and modern. What a fantastic find. Hopefully, we will be back!!! Book this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Very relaxing
We had a great stay. No complaints from my teens which is big! The paddle boat and kayaks were a hit with them. We went out to the island fished, caught bass and saw a bald eagle. The cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and our dog. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great view, nice place, neat extras
The wife, dog, and I had a great time at this lakeside property. We enjoyed the view, cabin, kayaks, camp fire, huge tv, dvd collection, privacy, and all around amenities. The host was most gracious and extremely polite. We didn't cook here, but there seemed to be anything we could need, including spices. We'd definitely go back!

Weekend get away
This property was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the assentials that you would need. The home owner was very accommodating kind a friendly. Our vehicle broke down and Michael did not press us on being out by check out. We were able to get our vehicle fixed without incident and didnt feel the stress of having to be out by the check out time. I would higly recomend staying hear. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Location!
We had a great stay here at this cabin, the location is beautiful right on the lake and private. It’s newly renovated and it was very comfortable with everything you could need, from AC, to washer and dryer, comfortable beds, the kitchen has all the immensities of home! There is a fire pit with plenty of firewood and a charcoal grill. The fishing is great as well, my son caught a ton of fish while he was here. They also have kayaks and a paddle boat for guests to use. These are by far the best hosts that we have ever dealt with they are extremely caring of their guests and give quick and clear communication whenever you reach out. We are so glad we chose this place and we will absolutely be back in the future. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful lakefront property with everything you could ask for!
