This historic farmhouse built in 1730 sits on 3 private manicured acres overlooking 100 acres of cleared rolling conservation land. Featuring over 30 varieties of flowers in the mature gardens along with multiple apple trees, pear tree and a pumpkin patch! Additionally there are sculptures on the grounds to explore & enjoy!

We have an electric charging station for Teslas & all other electric model vehicles. Air purification systems. In home system humidifier. 150 bottle wine fridge.

Charming home with lovely gardens. Comfortable and luxurious house. Easy communication. High end linens, enviable mattresses, chefs kitchen for indoor or outdoor dining. Ideal place for board games with family in front of the fire, or a sophisticated gathering. This is a special, curated house.

Beautiful Home and Gardens
This lovely farmhouse is charmingly historic while being thoroughly 21st century comfortable. The luxury bathrooms and kitchen are gorgeous! Everything is top-of-the-line. The grounds are beautifully maintained and very peaceful; morning coffee watching the sun rise is a real treat. The homeowners answered all our communications quickly and respectfully and made us feel very welcome.
