Good exercise facility and pool. Laundry is available and the free breakfast is adequate. I would like to see an option for hard boiled eggs on the menu. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice place.

A hotel without an elevator is weird, but it is what it is. The staff is very friendly and we consider it a value for the price. We’ll be back!

Staff were all excellent, as far as any interactions with them went. Check-in was especially smooth and the check-in lady couldn't have been much better. Breakfast was good, with the exception of the biscuits and gravy, both of which had a "raw flour" taste/aftertaste. The only flaw with the room was that the tub had been chipped around the drain, and had some rust present. Not such a huge amount to be bothersome; just something to be noticed. In line with so many access roads along freeways in central AR, the access to the facility is fairly complicated, though signage is helpful. I'd recommend this place.

Excellent value! Only drawback is that there is no elevator which could be hard on the disabled, so if that’s you make sure you get an “accessible” room. Staff was super friendly!
