It was dirty, holes in the bedspread. The worst part was, I was about to get undressed and a employee opened our door without knocking. Went to the front desk and complained got our money back and left.

Location is right off the highway. Outside room access, so motel style. Laminate flooring. Room was clean and maintained .

Dead roach on floor, dead fly on bed, coffeemaker but no coffee, towels but only one washcloth. Seemed run down and there were some sketchy people just hanging out by the ice machine.

The room was thoroughly inspected and no bed bugs were found and also the room was rented out, with no further complaints. I want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. I want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regular scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest had a comfortable stay. Again, thank you for your time and feedback. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance to provide you with superior service and accommodations on your next visit

There was paint peeling off the ceilings and in the bathroom and in the tub! The toilet seat was very shaky. The sick had NOT been cleaned! I was so tired when I got back to the room I didn’t see all this til morning. I wanted to just take a quick shower and get out! I don’t care too much about the outside as long as the rooms are clean, so bet I won’t be staying here again!

Convenient location.

Everything was fine except mattress to hard. Right off interstate. Close to Bass pro and mall.

A good experience

The hotel was in excellent condition. Most of all appreciated the lament floors instead of carpet. The room was clean and looked great. The location was just right for where our conference was held. will stay there again. The Staff did a great job.
