The check in process was different. I’ve booked more than one room for bigger groups before and not had the experience like I had at the Extended Stay. I started off checking in with 2 ladies (one was in training) they were nice but wanted the names of all of the adults in each room along with their id’s. Never had this happen before at any other hotel before. As I was giving names and getting id’s another lady came in and started checking in the 2nd room of adults. She wasn’t as friendly as the previous 2 ladies. I was paying for the rooms for our group and was charged twice, one time for each room. At other hotels I’m normally charged the grand total not per room. Still no big deal. As we walk down the dark hallway to our rooms we see that there is a taped note on the door saying that they wouldn’t be offering any sort of breakfast. This was one of the deciding factors for choosing this hotel, with a larger group knowing one meal was covered was a plus. I wish it would have been noted on the website or told to us at check in. The rooms weren’t great. One of them smelled like pee, the beds were hard as rocks, one of the showers took forever to drain, there was trash in the cabinets and spider webs in the corners of the windows. There were what I can only assume we’re homeless people by one of the side exits with lawn chairs and bbqs which didn’t look like they were provided by the hotel. Should have stayed somewhere else. Save your money and book elsewhere.

At midnight, I called to arrange a late arrival of approximately one hour later, but when I arrived at 1 a.m., the doors were locked and no one was at the front desk. When I called again, no one answered. I was going through a terrible family emergency and then had no place to stay. I ended up having to pay for the room in spite of my efforts to notify staff and make arrangements for my arrival time. I drove across town to another hotel where I stayed instead. I am very frustrated that I had to pay for a room I never used through no fault of my own and feel that I was misled by staff into believing that it would be no problem for me to arrive at 1 because of their very poor communication skills and customer service.

The fully stockdd kitchenette was not in fact stocked, staff stated you needed to rent pots pans platerwear and silverware. Housekeeping was never in my room had to keep asking for towels. Became effcient at killing cockroaches as they kept coming out of power outlets. Informed staff they said they could get someone there within the week. Stayed there for the work week, will never stay there again

It's close to the Freeway without the Freeway Noise (my room at 2nd floor at back).

They should offer a better breakfast in the morning like other hotels . The front desk was empty when I would come looking for kitchen items had to wait.

I love the area because it is close to many restaurants in the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The room was clean and recently remodeled. My only complaint was they did not have a maid service every day to change your bedding. They only did Housekeeping every 7 days. That my work fine for a short stay but not Great for a longer stay at the hotel but besides that I would stay again.
