Going down the hill.
Stayed many times in this hotel with average experience, but this time around was below average. Room wasnt clean, blood stain on the curtain. Bedsheets and towels couldnt guarantee that they were changed. No take away coffee cups available, although they were always there on previous stays. Check in - waited for a while to be acknowledged, despite being the only guest. Going down the hill, there is so many better hotels in Liverpool.

It was extremely clean and a lovely place to stay, only downfall was our room phone to get room/cleaning service never worked as no one ever picked up, but all staff were lovely, amazing pool.
