They informed me that since i booked through Travelocity.com, other guests get priority. I had an accessible room . Room 213. Most importantly shower area had black mold.

Room and hotel location were great. Beds were very comfy. In room Bluetooth was nice. Construction out front made hotel hard to find and get in/out of, handicap enabled shower had no curtain so water went everywhere when we showered and a few bathroom lights were burned out. Also, tons of drunk kids roaming in and out of the halls and stairs all night. Kinda ruined the elegance and charm of the Shankly for me
