A lovely little hotel... Nice staff and the girl who took my reservation is a diamond. I forgot my ID. But my bank card was enough.

Recently checked in and checked out about an hour later. Grimy and run down with a strange smell, furniture falling apart, staff let themselves in my room to fix the shower (which I didn't realise, or was told that it was broken). There are better low budget/basic hotels out there.

This was an expensive stay for what it was- was all about the location. And the room was compact but clean and the staff were cheerful. Sadly the shower was broken- no way to regulate the scalding hot water...and the age of hotel means it's noisy. Bring earplugs and if they fix the shower it's a great stopover super close to Kings Cross!

Clean and modern hotel. Room size was as expected in central London and well equipped. Mattress was very comfy bed linen was clean. Desk and chair were very handy to do some work. Rain shower was nice hot and strong.

A clean decent sized room with many things included which was a great value for money. Modern room with smart tv and a little digital alarm/side light and wireless charger was really handy. Free bottled water and fruit were really appreciated free extras. Staff were always happy to help with a smile. Recommended
