"Perfectly acceptable"
Positives: It's a short walking distance from Kings Cross, which was the main reason for staying here. Affordable price of >£100 per night. Simple room with everything you'd expect and clean. Staff were friendly enough, and we were able to drop off our bags in a secure room several hours earlier than the check in time. Negatives: The building is noticeably dated. Floors creak quite loudly, and you can hear other residents at all hours, resulting in not the best night's sleep. All in all, considering the price paid, this hotel was perfectly acceptable. Not going to win any awards anytime soon but it's not going to dissapoint.

Great central location. Welcoming staff and easy check-in process. Clean room, shower and linen. Temperature in the building was high and heavy traffic noise at night.

I had a basement room with no natural light which was not very nice. Despite it being advertised as having free WiFi, this only worked for 1 out of the 3 days I stayed so I couldn’t get my work done.
