It was amazing - we were literally 3 minute walk to Victoria Station, the hop on and off buses and small shops. 10 to 15 minute walk to the palace - the B+B was clean, the stuff was friendly and if u like coffee the coffee machine is always on

Staff is really friendly and nice. The front door was locked and I had to ring the doorbell for someone to open, which was interesting. I figured it would be unlocked like a hotel. The shower could use some updating since water is able to go outside the divider and is a bit small. Other than that, the place was nice and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is amazing and staff is pleasant.

Typical tiny London room, but excellent staff

Pros: The staff, primarily.
Cons: The shower needs to be able to hold an at least somewhat constant temperature.
Location: The location was ideal for us. We were only a block or two from Victoria Station and just under 1 mile from Buckingham Palace.
The room itself was what one could reasonably expect in a city like London (Westminster, actually): Small, with a tiny bathroom. But the room was clean and everything was functional, except that the shower's water temperature was quite erratic, constantly oscillating between hot and cold. But that flaw was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were tasty and made to order. All-in-all I judge it a good value.

Cons: The wifi service did not work properly
Very convenient location close to Victoria station and coach station, very friendly staff, located in a nice old building along a nice road.
