Close to everything you could want
Pros:Location, which could be any better
Cons:Upgrade bathroom towels, a few were worn out thin & quite old.
Location:Two minutes from all transportation, grocery stores and plenty or restaurants & cafes on the same block,
Excellent location, literally around the corner from transportation including underground & busses, tons of dining options, stores and cafes,

Our base for a wonderful London holiday
Pros:Location, location, location. The staff is also always ready to assist, and the room is equipped with dishes, cookware and appliances.
Cons:The bed is low, and the mattress a bit firm, but that may be my spoiled US perspective.
Location:1/2 block from the Central and Piccadilly lines on the Underground, so easy access to Heathrow, Victoria Station and anything you want to do.
This was our second stay at Citadine's. We have come to think of it as our London home. It is a half-block from the Holborn Underground Station on the Piccadilly and Central Lines, so an easy commute on public transit to anywhere you want to go. It is an easy walk to the British Museum, and if you feel like skipping the "tube," then Covent Garden, Leicester Square, a lovely walk along the Thames, or a grand explore through the Temple of Justice are just a few minutes away. There are wonderful pubs nearby, and the "locals" include students from the London School of Economics and the London College of Arts. Our room (a studio) included a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, and there are "grab and go" eateries (EAT and Itsu), as well as a Waitrose grocerette right across the street, so it was very easy to stock quick breakfast and supper items to have in our room. The room is cleaned by staff every four days, but I find that I prefer that to having someone in every day. There is an on-site laundry, easy trash disposal, and the breakfast in the dining room is quite substantial. The lobby staff is always ready to help in any way, and we were able to obtain anything we needed with a request. The bed is lower to the floor than we are accustomed to, but we have found that in several places in Europe. There was also a single-sized trundle bed and extra linens below our bed.

Comfortable and great location.
We always enjoy our stays with Citadines. Love the kitchenette and the laundry facilities. Room cleaning is only once a week so no stress about having people cleaning your room every day. Supplies are provided if needed in between cleanings. Need card access to enter hotel and elevators and rooms. Feel more secure. Staff is helpful and friendly. Located in central London and next to the tube.

Great location.

Two short blocks to the Hoborn Piccadilly tube line, and just a few blocks from the British Museum.
The Picadilly Tube can get you from Heathrow Airport to Euston Station. The room was clean and
well decorated. Nice big and comfortable bed, complete little kitchen, and bathroom with a nice deep
tub. Mostly quiet, as long as the neighbors were courteous ones. No other worries.
And they serve breakfast buffet downstairs if wanted.
