The hotel was clean and tidy but there were a number of minor issues with the facilities in the bedroom including the room safe not working. Although checking in went smoothly, on checking out, I was asked to pay for a bottle of water I had not expected to pay for. Then I was told the hotel could not issue a receipt for this.

The Harry Potter inspired rooms are fun and are a special experience.. don't pack heavy or large, the rooms a small and downstairs. Breakfast is awesome and staff amazingly helpful.

Pretty area and building. Good size room for the area as well. Waited over 20 minutes to check in just sitting in the small common area as there was not an obvious “front desk” and the staff did not ask if had been helped. They sat in what looked like a dining area on a laptop and did not bother to initiate the checkin with us
